New blog post: Open letter from Sarah Norville - 'Why VAT on School Fees Undermines the Education of ALL Children'
The Rydes Hill Reporter is pleased to publish it's latest post - an open letter from Headmistress Sarah Norville that outlines why she believes that Labour's proposed policy on charging VAT on independent school fees will benefit no one.
I do understand that there is a need to close the achievement and opportunity gap between the State and Independent sectors. VAT on fees is not going to do it. Those who currently pay fees will choose to do so in a different way.
