This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.
2. Use of Data and Duration of Data Storage
Any personal data you submit will be retained securely by Rydes Hill Preparatory School & Nursery. The personal data collected is processed by staff who work at Rydes Hill Preparatory School & Nursery. Such staff may be engaged in the fulfilment of your information requests in accordance with the School’s admissions process and to inform you of relevant school information. This may include email, phone and postal correspondence.
Any personal data you submit via the online forms will be stored for up to 8 years after you make your enquiry. If the child subsequently attends the School, it may be kept for up to 25 years from the pupils date of birth.
Personal data will be deleted before this time if any of the following occurs:
1. You confirm you are no longer interested in the school. You will no longer be contacted by the school but your personal data will be kept on file for a maximum of 1 year after the time in which you confirm you are no longer interested.
2. The child or children in which you have enquired about go on to join the school. Our Parent Privacy Notice will then become applicable and can be obtained from the School Office and on our School Website (please click here).
Unless we are obliged or permitted by law to do so, your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties.

Images are not permitted to be downloaded or replicated in any form without prior consent.
