Admission Policy
We operate a non-selective entrance policy and there is no formal assessment procedure. Children enter Rydes Hill in the Nursery Department at the age of three and the Pre-Preparatory at the age of 4+. Entry at other ages is dependent upon availability of a place. We invite prospective pupils to spend a 'taster day' at the School.

We hope that this website gives you a glimpse of life at Rydes Hill and that you are encouraged to come and see us in action. We invite you to make an individual appointment so that you can tour the school, see the children at work and discuss your child's needs. Alternatively, you may wish to visit on one of our Open Mornings when our older pupils act as ambassadors and enjoy giving conducted tours.
